9Struct · 9struct.com and related public pages operated by us

Last updated: 20 March 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how 9Struct (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you visit 9struct.com, send us email, or otherwise interact with public websites we operate under this policy (collectively, the “Sites”). It does not replace the privacy policy for specific software products (for example, the Dirghayu application), which are described in their own terms when you use those products.

By using the Sites, you acknowledge this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.

2. Data controller and contact

The data controller for the Sites is 9Struct. For privacy questions, contact us at info@9struct.com. For product-specific inquiries about Dirghayu.AI, you may also use support@dirghayu.ai.

3. Information we collect

3.1 You provide to us

  • Contact and communications: When you email us (including partnership, press, investor, or “newsletter” requests), we process your email address, the contents of your message, and any name or organization you include.
  • Newsletter or updates: If we offer a subscription or waitlist on the Sites, we collect the information you submit (typically email and, if applicable, name or company) and your subscription preferences.

3.2 Collected automatically

  • Technical and usage data: When you load our pages, our hosting infrastructure and security systems may log your IP address, user agent, approximate location derived from IP, referring URL, timestamps, and requested resources. We use this to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the Sites.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: We use only the minimal technical mechanisms needed to deliver pages (for example, session or security cookies where required). We do not run Google or Meta advertising or analytics pixels on these Sites. Third-party open-source libraries (for example stylesheets or scripts from a CDN) may set or read cookies according to those providers’ policies; we select CDNs to minimize tracking.

We do not intentionally collect special-category health data through 9struct.com itself. Health information is processed only when you use our healthcare software products under their dedicated policies.

4. How we use information

We use the information above to:

  • Respond to your inquiries and maintain our relationship with you;
  • Send operational or informational emails you have opted into;
  • Operate, maintain, improve, and secure the Sites;
  • Detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or technical issues;
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your data from the Sites for third-party targeted advertising.

6. Sharing and subprocessors

We may share information with:

  • Service providers who host our Sites, deliver email, or provide security and diagnostics, under written agreements and instructions;
  • Professional advisers (for example lawyers or accountants) where necessary and subject to confidentiality;
  • Authorities when required by applicable law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

A current list of categories of subprocessors may be provided on request for enterprise partners. We do not sell personal information.

7. International transfers

We may process data in India, Canada, and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (such as standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms) for transfers from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland.

8. Retention

We retain contact and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, manage our relationship, and meet legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements. Server logs are retained for a limited period for security and diagnostics, then deleted or aggregated.

9. Security

We implement administrative, technical, and organizational measures appropriate to the nature of the Sites, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and review of vendors. No online transmission is completely secure; we encourage you to use secure channels and avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data by email.

10. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a supervisory authority. To exercise rights, email info@9struct.com. We may need to verify your identity before fulfilling requests.

10.1 California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as defined under California law. You may request access or deletion as applicable; contact info@9struct.com.

11. Children

The Sites are not directed at children under 16 (or the age required in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version on this page and update the “Last updated” date. Material changes may be communicated by email or a notice on the Sites where appropriate.

13. Governing law and disputes

This Privacy Policy and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to this Policy or the Sites shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable in British Columbia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of British Columbia, Canada.
